These terms apply to anyone using Foundation Repair New Braunfels TX (newbraunfelstxfoundationrepair.com), a referral website for homeowners in New Braunfels, TX, and nearby parts of Comal County. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What the site does. The site publishes general information about foundations and passes form requests to one independent local foundation repair company. It does not inspect, repair, level or price anything, and it is not a party to any agreement between you and that company. Any estimate, contract, permit, warranty or payment is strictly between you and the company you choose to hire.

No obligation. Sending a request does not commit you to anything. You may turn down any estimate, ask other companies for theirs, or decide to do nothing.

Your part. Please give accurate details and only submit requests for a property you own or have the right to arrange work on. Don't use the form to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful.

Information on the site. Cost ranges, soil notes and summaries of Texas rules are general information. They may be out of date or may not fit your home, and they are not engineering, legal or financial advice. Check important points with the company, an engineer, the right permit office or your own adviser.

Insurance. The site does not handle, negotiate or advise on insurance claims, and it never offers to pay, waive or reduce a deductible. Ask your own insurer what your policy covers.

Limits of responsibility. The site is provided as it is. To the extent Texas law allows, the site is not responsible for the work, conduct, prices or warranties of any foundation repair company, or for losses tied to using the site.

Links. Links to government offices and other sources are there for convenience. They don't mean any agency endorses or works with this site.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If a term turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still apply. The terms may be updated, and the date above shows the latest version.
