This policy explains what Foundation Repair New Braunfels TX (newbraunfelstxfoundationrepair.com) collects and what happens to it. The site is a free referral service for homeowners in New Braunfels, TX, across Comal County and on the Guadalupe County side of the city. It is not a foundation repair contractor.

What you give us. When you send the form, you share your name, the way you'd like to be reached (email or phone), your address or the area you live in, and a short description of your home's problem. Please don't include anything you'd rather keep private, such as financial account numbers, health details or insurance policy numbers. The site does not ask for or collect that kind of sensitive information.

Where it goes. Repair requests sent through the form are passed to one independent local foundation repair company so it can contact you about your home, and to nowhere else. A message marked as a question about this website is answered here and is not passed on. That company has its own privacy practices once it holds your details, so ask it how it keeps them.

How your request is stored. This site lists no phone number. Your form request is stored with our hosting provider so it can be passed to the company, and it is deleted automatically after 90 days.

What we never do. Your personal information is not sold, rented or traded. It is not used to build marketing lists or shared with advertisers.

Basic site data. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages viewed, to keep the site secure and working.

Your choices. You can ask what the site holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted sooner, by sending a message through the contact page marked "website question". The site isn't meant for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The laws of the State of Texas govern this policy.
