Foundation Repair New Braunfels TX is a referral service for homeowners in New Braunfels, TX, and across Comal County. This page explains where to take a concern, depending on whether it is about this website or about a foundation repair company.

About this website. If something on the site is wrong, unclear or unfair, or if you're unhappy with how your request was handled, send a message through the contact page with "website question" at the top. Describe what happened and when. Each complaint is read and looked into.

About a foundation repair company. The company that received your request is independent. This site does not employ it, supervise its work or control its prices, so a complaint about an estimate, a repair, the workers' conduct or a warranty should go to that company first, in writing, with photos and dates. Keep copies of the contract, the estimate and every receipt.

If talking with the company doesn't settle things, you have other options. Texas law bars false, misleading or deceptive business practices, and consumer complaints about a contractor can be filed with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division through its website. For questions about permits or contractor registration inside city limits, the City of New Braunfels Development Services Building Division can explain its own rules. For complaints about a professional engineer's work, the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors takes reports.

Letting us know. Even when a complaint belongs with the company, you're welcome to tell this site about it. Repeated problems with the company receiving referrals are taken seriously when deciding whether to keep passing requests along.

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Texas law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
